Bwanastones - The Lamed Wufniks
These are four collaborations with Al Margolis of If, Bwana. The Lamed Wufniks is our first collaboration from 1986 and features Al's overdubs on my source material. Horns, electronics, rhythms mix with voices and alien noises. It's a transfixing and inviting experience.
Zidpigtones - The all new Rad Sounds of PigShit in Your Ear
Zidpigtones has wonderful Norwegian vocals and sounds of Robert Ommundsen. It is available on Sound of Pig and features Al with Robert (the two didn't know of each other at the time of my doing this).
Bwana Blossoms
The other two tapes use Bwana brilliance combined with two California artists. Bwana Blossoms is strange in its peculiar focus and propulsion and Lorda Bwana is even more deranged featuring sounds of Lordamonagog the XVII.Bwana Blossoms features Chris "Paisley Hued Ecucalyptus Corkscrew Pavillion" Smith [ca].
